The trademarks "Oliviachicks", "Oliviachicks OS", "FeedCel", and "Smart Animal Counter" are proprietary marks of Dr. Daniel Okeke and Oliviachicks Ltd.

2. Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service solely for lawful personal or professional livestock management purposes.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any portion of the Service, its source code, or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any component of the Service.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Service.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service.
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the Service without written permission.
• Use automated systems, scrapers, or bots to access or interact with the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, its backend, or related systems.

4. Accuracy of Counts

The Service provides estimated animal counts using computer vision and artificial intelligence. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, results should be verified by the user. Dr. Daniel Okeke and Oliviachicks Ltd make no warranty regarding the exactness of any count produced by the Service and are not liable for decisions made based on those results.

5. User Content

Photos and images that you upload for counting are processed to produce a count and are not retained beyond what is necessary to provide the Service. You retain full ownership of your uploaded content. You confirm that you have the right to upload any images you submit.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Dr. Daniel Okeke and Oliviachicks Ltd do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr. Daniel Okeke and Oliviachicks Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Enforcement

Violation of these Terms, particularly any unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or infringement of intellectual property, will result in immediate termination of your access to the Service and may lead to civil and criminal legal action to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
